Brasier

Terms of use

The rules for using Brasier. By signing in or using the service, you agree to them.

Last updated October 2026

Early access

Brasier is still being built. Features can change, break or disappear, and the service is provided as is while we get it right. We may add paid plans later and will tell you before anything costs money.

Who can use Brasier

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. If you use Brasier for a business or a client, you confirm you have the authority to manage their ad accounts.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login details safe and for what happens under your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has gained access.

Connecting your ad accounts

When you connect an ad account (Meta Ads, Google Ads or X Ads), you let Brasier act on your behalf within the access you grant. You can disconnect at any time.

You remain bound by each platform's own terms and policies, and they take priority over ours for how you use that platform. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta, Google or X, and their names and logos belong to them. We rely on their systems, and we can't control their outages, limits or changes.

Spend and what you publish

Brasier can create campaigns and change budgets, and the platforms bill you for ad spend, not us. You are responsible for the budgets, targeting, creatives and landing pages you launch, for reviewing them before you publish, and for following advertising laws and platform ad policies.

Acceptable use

Don't use Brasier to break the law, run deceptive or prohibited ads, get around platform rules or limits, probe or attack the service, or resell access without our written permission.

Your data and ours

Your campaigns, creatives and account data stay yours. You give us permission to process them only to provide Brasier to you, as described in our privacy policy. Brasier's software, design and branding belong to us. If you send us feedback, we can use it freely to improve the product.

Suspension and ending

You can stop using Brasier at any time by disconnecting your accounts. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms, put the service or other people at risk, or the law requires it.

Liability

We work hard to keep Brasier reliable, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free, or that the platforms' data it shows is complete or current. To the extent the law allows, Brasier is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or ad spend, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it, or CAD 100 if you paid nothing.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, including for our intentional or gross fault.

Governing law and language

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, and disputes go to the courts of Quebec. These terms are offered in French and English. If the two differ, the French version prevails.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll change the date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the app or by email. Using Brasier after a change means you accept it.
